Any reliance placed on the Site is at your sole risk.

04Demos

Live demos linked from the Site are provided for evaluation only. Demo data, accounts, content, configurations, and access may be modified, reset, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Demos are not production systems and are not intended for use with confidential, sensitive, or business-critical information. Do not enter information into a demo that you would not be willing to lose.

05Pre-engagement communications

Any copy, code, scope, estimate, illustration, or other communication exchanged before a written, signed engagement is non-binding, exploratory, and confidential between the parties. Nothing on the Site, in any communication referenced from the Site, or in any preliminary discussion shall constitute an offer, acceptance, contract, professional advice, employment, partnership, joint venture, or representation of any kind.

06Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully made available to the operator of the Site. No license to any trademark, trade dress, copyright, or other intellectual property is granted, express or implied, by your use of the Site, except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator of the Site, its affiliates, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10Governing law & severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

11Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of the Site with respect to your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement, oral or written.
